Part-Time Level 1 Technician 

Schedule:
Tuesday:        10:00-15:00
Wednesday:  10:00-15:00
Thursday:      10:00-15:00

Hours and days are subject to change. We may be flexible with your schedule. Additional hours may be available during projects and as you progress in knowledge 

Description:
Dataserv is looking for a level 1 technician to assist with the growing demands of business under our network. Demands include, but are not limited to: help desk support, documentation assistance, level 1 desktop remediation support, level 1 diagnostic support, and the ability to use a ticketing system to log and record workflow and status.  

 Requirements:
·        Comprehensive understanding of Windows
·        Basics knowledge of OSX is desirable
·        Understanding of Microsoft 365
·        Experienced working with computer parts
·        Desktop support (e.g. install programs, updates, OS)
·        A car with a clean driving record. You may visit local clients on-site periodically. You will be compensated for travel expenses based on distances outside of immediate area.
·        Documentation for ticketing workflow
·        Self-directed, able to work independently, and possess good organizational skills.
·        Professional communication, customer service skills, and the ability to explain technology in an easily understood manner.
